1 1/2 lbs baby back ribs

2 cups BBQ sauce

1 cup of water

1/2 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp mustard powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp kosher salt


In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, cayenne, mustard powder, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

Rub ribs with brown sugar mixture.

Pour water into the instant pot then place the trivet in the pot.

Place ribs on top of the trivet. Seal pot with lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.

Once done then release pressure using the quick-release method than open the lid.

Remove ribs from pot and place on a baking dish and brush with BBQ sauce.

Serve and enjoy.
